- Refunds
You may request a refund within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or wrong products.
To initiate a refund, email us at theurbaneasy@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. - Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
No cancellations allowed once the order is dispatched. - Non-Refundable Items
